Traditional music

Music is the main expression of popular culture or at least its social function is very important. Orxeta’s traditional musical repertoire contains many old pieces as well as relatively recent creations. These are compositions of a markedly local character but also contain a number of themes common to traditional music of the villages in the Valencian region.
